This Privacy Policy outlines how God’s Toddler collects, uses, and protects your information in the spirit of Christian dignity, integrity, and service (cf. Catechism of the Catholic Church, 2284–2287).

We recognize the personal and spiritual nature of your engagement with this ministry and treat your trust as a sacred responsibility.

1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy

In accordance with Christian ethics and Canon Law (cf. Canon 220, respecting the right to a good name and privacy), all personal information shared with God’s Toddler will be handled with discretion and never sold, disclosed, or used in ways contrary to our mission.

This applies to:

  • Session requests or correspondence

  • Email newsletter sign-ups

  • Any personal reflections submitted through forms or feedback

2. What We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect:

  • Name and email address (e.g., for contact forms or newsletter)

  • Optional prayer requests or session notes (only retained with your consent)

  • Browser cookies to enhance user experience (standard to most websites)

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs or financial account data.

3. How We Use Your Information

All data is collected only for:

  • Communicating with you (e.g., answering inquiries, sending updates)

  • Coordinating sessions or prayer responses

  • Offering relevant spiritual resources or content

We do not engage in third-party marketing or data sharing.
We also do not use your information for behavioral profiling, in accordance with the Church’s teaching on the primacy of the person over data systems (cf. Compendium of the Social Doctrine of the Church, 160–162).

4. Confidentiality in Sessions

Any personal information shared in one-on-one prayer sessions is treated as confidential, in the manner of pastoral discretion and under the spiritual guidance of the Holy Spirit.

We are not sacramental confessors, but we uphold the dignity and privacy of each soul.

Exceptions include:

  • Risk of serious harm to self or others

  • Legal obligation to report abuse or threats

  • Explicit permission from the individual to share their story for ministry encouragement/testimony

5. Minors

We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 16 without parental or guardian consent. Any communication involving youth will adhere to respectful, transparent, and age-appropriate standards.

6. Cookies & Site Tools

We may use standard website tools such as cookies to:

  • Understand how the site is used

  • Improve site performance

  • Maintain site security

7. Third-Party Services
