🙏 Short Prayer: Honoring the Second Commandment
(Exodus 20:4–6)
God,
You alone are worthy of all worship. Nothing compares to You. You made the heavens, the earth, and every heart—including mine.
Thank You for this moment to pause and remember what matters most—to love and worship You with all my heart.
Forgive me, Lord, for the times I’ve placed other things above You. I don’t want anything to take Your place in my life.
Thank You for always listening, for being patient with me, and for leading me back when I go astray.
Jesus, thank You for showing me the way to the Father. I give You my heart again today.
Amen.
